At MACR, we are monitoring the COVID -19 situation as it progresses. Our doors are open for estimates, and vehicle pick up and drop off. We are taking precautions to protect the safety of both our employees and our customers per OSHA and CDC recommendations. As always, our work spaces are restricted to employees and deliveries only. Below are some of the changes we are making.
Reducing staff allowed in customer areas to two (2) persons.
Keeping interior and exterior doors open during business hours where possible.
Frequent Disinfection of “touch” surfaces like door knobs and counter tops, and routine disinfection of work areas and tools.
Providing digital paperwork via email if preferred.
Phone/text estimates: Please understand this may require an increase in supplementation as it is not always possible to determine complete damage in photos.
Parking lot drop-off and pick-up. Just call us when you arrive and we will be out to meet you if you prefer not to come inside.
Disinfection of customer vehicles following completion of repairs.
Asking that customers remove any personal items from their vehicle prior to drop off to insure adequate disinfection.

We were so glad to finally be able to provide our customers with more easily accessible parking by raising our front lot and leveling our parking spaces!
